First Call/ On Call/ Into Care Service/ Funeral Removal Service

Phone lines for this service are available 24 hours a day

When someone's loved one sadly passes away we will allocate a 2 person, uniformed team to arrive at the home/ care home on behalf of the Funeral Directors with our fully equipped private ambulance. We will bring the deceased into our care, collect all relevant information about the person and transport them with dignity and care to the chosen Funeral Directors or allocated mortuary.

Funeral Directors can call us last minute, if we have a team available we

will accept the duty or you can book us to cover a chosen date. This will 

not cost unless we are called out. You can also Book us to cover 24 hours

at a time (Depending on availability) this will incur a charge as we will not

accept any other duties during this time. Please call for more information
